Global account management model
Every OneAgent client is allocated a single, dedicated global account manager who will be accountable for service performance and contract delivery across all locations, as well as leading key global projects and campaigns. Each partner agency has a nominated OneAgent representative who provides a single point of contact for local service delivery and who will ensure that appropriate resources are allocated to meet requirements in their territory. Information and knowledge is shared through an extranet facility and regular conference calls. The Global Account Manager will attend meetings as necessary across all locations. Regional Representatives will typically attend major review or account planning meetings once or twice a year, at a location to suit the client.
There is considerable flexibility on working arrangements to suit individual client needs, understanding that these may vary in different locations. The degree to which processes and commercial arrangements are harmonized is at the client’s discretion and can be embodied within Contracts and Service Level Agreements.
